Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery/acceptance and notify us within 24 hours in writing of any defect, damages, shortage or failure to comply with the description or quote, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If outside the 24 hours period, we will deem that you have accepted your order as not faulty in accordance with your order.
We do not offer any returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
We do not offer any warranty once your pots have been delivered. This is due to the nature of pots and their exposure to all the elements (land, wind, rain, sea and the sun) as well as plants, soil and water.
Natural deterioration or discolouration due to use as a garden pot or exposure to elements is not covered by warranty.
If a valid warranty claim is made, Project Pots is not liable for any costs associated with the removal or re-installation of faulty pots. This includes costs associated with the removal of soil, disposal of old soil or pot, re-installing a new pot, plants and soil.
If any modifications are made to the pots, warranty will no longer be covered. This includes filling the drainage holds, drilling additional holes, filling with a layer of concrete or “plumbing up” a pot to a drainage system (i.e. PVC pipe).
